Thank you. Making a list requires listening. Play on words, play with life. We are a piece of everything. Everything includes peace and strength. Peace and quiet. The strength comes from the duality of an outside world (mirror of us after all) and our "inside".

If there is an "outside" there is an "inside". What's in my dream? what's in my inside? Why not all that can be. So all is in me, and we can tap into it, intuition.
